Terms and Conditions
- The liquid wrap application service we provide is not to be considered as a cheap paint job version. This service is only to protect your current car paint from scratches and to make your car look great for few years. Liquid wrap is not a bulletproof paint and for this reason will be prone to scratches (if scratched) and/or stone chips hit damages like your current paint job. It will take the impact giving more protection on your current paint job. Liquid wrap and vinyl wrap is peelable, so if peeled it will peel off only if the peeling process is started by hand.
- Ozwraps™ provides a liquid wrapping application service to customers wanting their vehicle liquid wrapped by approved applicators/installers (spray painters by trade) who only use safe ozwraps™ tested products.
- Our standard service includes closed doors application to the vehicle only (rims not included) and if on pick up after the job has been done you uniform finish in all panels, you will be entitled of workmanship warranty by having your liquid wrap corrected.
- We strongly suggest keeping the liquid wrap on your vehicle for 2-3 years like a classic vinyl wrap job even if we tested on cars dipped in 2012 where the liquid wrap is still on in good conditions. Again, this is to be considered a temporary colour change and paint protection solution and like vinyl wrap it should not be kept on the car for too long. If you wish to keep it longer, it's fine but peeling will only take more time.
- The liquid wrap we apply need to be kept clean, washed weekly or when it gets dirty, dust free and possibly apply on a weekly basis a dip coat protector to achieve the best performances and make it last longer. Liquid wrap comes 3 times cheaper than vinyl wrap and is done in 1 day but it need some extra care. Ozwraps™ will not accept any responsibility for 3rd party damage and/or careless maintenance.
- We only apply the liquid wrap and we do not produce it. For this reason, we accept no responsibility for scratches or any other type of damage on the liquid wrap done by yourself either accidentally or not, including handles, bonnet which are more prone to peeling as they are always touched. However, if handles are operated nicely it will be ok and they won’t peel off.
- The liquid wrap service we provide is NOT vinyl wrap or permanent paint. Vinyl wrap is a thin film, liquid wrap is a peelable paint.
- We provide a same day service for matte and satin finish except for 2 tone and/or gloss finish. However, when you drop the car you will be given a pickup time and frequents updated during the day. We will advise about the exact pick-up time around 1-2 hours earlier. Please make sure you pick up your car when ready or we will close for the day and your car will be available the next business day for pick up.
- Liquid wrap will cover small scratches and light clear peeling but not deep ones or dents on your car body. Is possible to apply liquid wrap to any surface but any existing imperfections will be visible more or less once the liquid wrap is applied. Is not compulsory to have the vehicle's panels fully repaired but if you wish to have a better finish. you can repair by using your preferred panel shop before you bring the car in, or by our applicator if time permits.
- We can make the custom colour you prefer on the day and show to you before dipping at no extra charge and within a tolerance and get as close as 99%. However liquid wrap finished product will differ a bit when pearls are applied or if seen from different angles or during the time of the day, cloud cover or sunshine etc. If you do have a preferred colour, please bring us a sample and we will make a sample for you to approve. Please note if you come and see a colour you like and you just mention "a bit lighter" or "a bit darker" we will make it a bit lighter or darker. If then you are not happy with the colour, we won't accept any responsibility and the job will be considered done.
- To help liquid wrap cure, please wash the car by rinsing it after 24 hours.
- Payment is required in full (cash, bank transfer or credit/debit card) on collection of your vehicle and a tax invoice will be issued.
- If you decide to remove the liquid wrap or decide to apply products not tested by us on your car, please advise us first. Please do not experiment products on your new liquid wrap paint job or ozwraps™ will take no responsibility and we will not be able to offer ongoing support. Liquid wrap is low maintenance, and no special or expensive products are required except few safe ones, otherwise just wash with water and neutral soap at least every couple of weeks.
- If your vehicle has existing damage you can either have it fixed somewhere else or by our approved applicators at extra charges dictated by the applicator and the extra fix will be a separate job.

- Before the job starts, our applicators will take detailed notes of existing damages to your car. We strongly suggest you do the same.
- It is up to you (the consumer) to ultimately decide if the installer and the service itself of liquid wrap application is suitable or not for your vehicle. Only applicators will be responsible for the safety of your vehicle while in their premises and any kind of accidental damage must be addressed with the applicator only. The customer (you) is free to come in and test at minimal charges if the product is right for them by having a small section liquid wrapped before you book for the full car wrap.
