Service Overview
The liquid wrap service we provide is a protective, temporary coating for your vehicle’s paint. It is not a permanent paint job and may be prone to scratches, stone chips, or minor wear over time. Liquid wrap and vinyl wrap are peelable; removal may only occur if the peeling process is started manually. Ozwraps™ provides this service through approved applicators/installers who use tested Ozwraps™ products only. Our standard service is a “closed doors” application (rims not included unless requested).

Maintenance & Care

• Keep your vehicle clean; wash weekly or when visibly dirty.
• Liquid wrap is low maintenance but not indestructible; improper care may affect its appearance and performance.
• Ozwraps™ and the installer are not responsible for damage caused by neglect, misuse, or third-party actions.

Application Limitations

• Liquid wrap may cover minor scratches and light peeling, but deep scratches, dents, or pre-existing imperfections may still be visible.
• You may choose to repair panels for a smoother finish, but this is optional.
• Color may vary slightly depending on angle, lighting, or added effects (pearls, gloss, etc.). Customers are encouraged to approve a test sample when precise color matching is important.

Installer Responsibility

• The approved installer applying the liquid wrap is solely responsible for workmanship, scheduling, and service quality.
• Ozwraps™ is not liable for installation errors, customer dissatisfaction, or delays caused by the installer.

Product Warranty & Limitations
​Ozwraps™ provides a material-only warranty covering the quality of the spray wrap coating when it is applied by an approved Ozwraps installer and maintained according to our care guidelines. This warranty applies only to the coating material itself and does not cover installation labour, cosmetic preferences, or normal wear over time.

     What the Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects in the coating material
• Issues caused by product quality (confirmed by Ozwraps after assessment)
• Ozwraps™ guarantees that the product meets specifications when applied and stored correctly.
• Warranty is limited to the product itself and does not cover labor, aesthetic outcomes, or natural wear.

     What Voids the Warranty
     The warranty does not apply if the coating is damaged due to improper use or lack of care, including:

• Intentional peeling, forceful removal, or picking at edges
• Scratches, abrasions, impact damage, or vandalism
• Vehicles previously resprayed and with no OEM clear coat
• Vehicles with OEM clear coat failed/failing (patches of clear coat already detatched)
• Lack of washing or buildup of contaminants
• Using harsh chemicals, solvents, petrol, or automatic brushes
• Neglecting aftercare instructions provided by the installer
• Environmental exposure outside normal use (e.g., fire, flood, bird droppings left for long periods, corrosive substances)

Payment Terms

• Payment in full is required before collection. Payment method may be cash, bank transfer, or as agreed directly with the installer.
• A tax invoice will be issued upon payment.
• Installers may set their own payment terms, including requesting a deposit before work commences.
• Payment delays due to banks or other reasons are the customer’s responsibility.

Acceptance of Risk
By proceeding with this service, the customer acknowledges that:

• Liquid wrap is a temporary protective coating and not bulletproof paint.
• Minor scratches, chips, or imperfections are a normal occurrence.
• Ozwraps™ and the installer are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear, misuse, or environmental factors.

Support & Repairs

• Deep scratches or major repairs can be performed at an additional cost, often discounted for existing customers.
• Customers are encouraged to document pre-existing damage before the service.

Limitation of Liability

• Ozwraps™ and the installer are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of use, profits, or vehicle resale value.
• Liability is limited to replacement or refund of the product itself, not labor or installation.

Customer Suitability & Acceptance

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that Ozwraps™ liquid wrap is suitable for their vehicle and desired results.
• If unsure, customers are encouraged to request a small test area to evaluate color, finish, and performance before committing to a full application.
• Proceeding with the full service confirms that the customer has assessed suitability and accepts the temporary, protective nature of the product.

Governing Law

• This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
• Any disputes will be resolved in Victorian courts.

Customer Acknowledgment
By booking and receiving Ozwraps™ liquid wrap services, the customer confirms that they:

• Have read and understood these terms
• Accept the limitations and responsibilities outlined
• Agree to follow maintenance instructions
• Understand the temporary nature of the product and service
