Car Dipping Maintenance & Care
Liquid Spray Wrap Aftercare
Liquid wrap or spray-on wrap is a low-maintenance investment that doesn’t require expensive products to maintain its durability.
However, a bit of care is necessary to keep your peelable paintwork in optimal condition, just like you service your car. After applying the liquid wrap, avoid using high-pressure sprayers for around one week. During this time, you can wash the car with a soft mitt and moderate pressure, keeping the sprayer at least 30 cm away. Promptly rinse off bird droppings and fuel spills to prevent staining. Regular cleaning is recommended—wash the car weekly or whenever it gets dirty.
Be mindful of areas prone to friction, such as door handles, the front bonnet edge, bottom door sills, and side skirts. Remember, liquid spray wraps are designed to be removed when pulled. In the event of any damage, it can usually be repaired easily without replacing the entire panel.
